CHARTER TERMS
ViceMarina Miami — standard terms for reservations, payments, cancellations, and safety.
1) Parties
These terms apply to all reservations made through ViceMarina Miami (“Company”) for yacht rentals, packages, and air services. The customer (“Client”) confirms they are at least 18 years old and authorized to make payments.
2) Reservation & Payment
- Reservations are submitted online and appear as PENDING until approved by Company.
- Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, Cash, Crypto, Wire Transfer, Zelle, CashApp (availability may vary).
- Company may request identity verification for fraud prevention and compliance.
3) Weather, Safety & Captain Authority
- Captain/crew decisions are final for safety, route, and time adjustments.
- Company may reschedule or cancel due to unsafe weather, mechanical issues, or port restrictions.
4) Cancellations & Changes
- Change requests must be submitted as early as possible; approval depends on availability.
- Cancellation policies may differ by yacht/package/season. The policy shown on the booking and confirmed by Company will apply.
5) Client Responsibilities
- No illegal substances. No weapons. No unsafe behavior.
- Client is responsible for damages caused by Client or guests.
- Guest count must not exceed the yacht’s legal capacity.
6) Liability Disclaimer
Activities on water and air travel involve inherent risk. Company is not liable for losses due to events outside reasonable control (weather, port closures, traffic, force majeure). This page is informational and not a substitute for legal advice.
